We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrative Officer to join our clients team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our clients office operations. This role reports directly in to a mentoring and lovely Finance Manager.
Provide administrative support to the team
Checking purchase orders against invoices and inputting into purchase ledger
Assisting with month-end statement reconciliations and ensuring timely payment to suppliers
Raising sales invoices and inputting into sales ledger, monitoring of ledger for timely receipts
Manage office tasks efficiently
Utilise IT systems for data entry and record keeping
Demonstrate excellent organisational skills in coordinating office activities
Perform general administrative duties as required
