About the Company
Due to continued growth, Our client are looking to recruit an Accountant to join their team based in Stroud. They are ideally looking for someone with extensive experience of working with multiple clients in all areas of accountancy, mainly personal tax returns and Limited company accounts; so the role would suit a multi-talented individual. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of and experience of working with all financial systems including Sage, Iris, Xero and Quickbooks.
Preparation and submission of personal and partnership tax returns
• Preparation and submission of Limited Company accounts and Corporation tax returns
• Liaising with and supporting clients in relation to the above
• General aspects of bookkeeping, including VAT returns
• Preparation of monthly management accounts, reviewing financial transactions including accruals
and prepayments, depreciation and month end journals
• Statistical analysis and management reporting including cashflow forecast and budgeting
• Visiting some clients on a routine basis
